To make a booking:
You can give us a call, send us an email or fax, or even drop us a line (contact details below), and we'll let you know if we can fit you in. Please let us know: number of guests, the type of bed/room you are interested in, and for how many nights. Bookings are always recommended, especially over long weekends and during peak periods (June - September & Christmas - end February).
A valid credit card number or pre-payment will be required to secure your booking. Note: we do not process the room tariff against your credit card until you check-in or if you fail to cancel outside 48 hours before arrival. Please refer to cancellation conditions below.
Group Bookings: We are happy to look after special interest groups. Please contact us with your details. Special terms and cancellation conditions for group bookings apply.
Terms and conditions (aka 'The Fine Print'):
Payment details: All rooms must be paid for in advance or secured with your credit card imprint. We can accept Visa and Mastercard, travellers cheques or cash as forms of payment.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel/amend your secured booking for any reason, please advise us at least 48 hours prior to the date you have booked to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's stay. Without this amount of notice the cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card number used to secure the booking. We will try to be flexible for guests just amending their dates, however we may have turned other people away for your spot, so a cancellation fee may still have to be applied.
Key Deposit: A $10 per person deposit is required to be paid on check-in to cover the cost of replacing lost keys. This deposit will be refunded in full on check out. Note: if you are make a credit card reservation (recommended) we do not require a cash key deposit, however if keys are lost/not returned, we will charge your credit card a $10 fee should to cover the cost of replacing the key set.
Hours of operation:
Check-in 4pm-10pm daily
(Earlier check-in on request. Guests are welcome to store their bags until their bed/room is ready) Note: If you plan to arrive after 10pm you must notify us during normal open hours (or we cant check you in, and you may lose your secured booking, and be subject to cancellation fee of one night)!
Check-out 8am-11am daily
